Pick it up guys... i have not made a pick in close to 48 hours.

The main thing is to use the auto pick feature whenever you can. I don't see any one particular person who is habitually causing the waiting.

When we have a 6 1/2 hour pause the next few picks should be on auto pick!

I’ve already informed Jeff this would be my last year in the league. I get folks are busy, work, vacations or personal items. But this year seems to be beyond more than a bit frustrating and without naming anyone, two or three, it’s always the same folks that seem to have long delays.

I always know Kevin will take an hour or so, because he is doing the math behind the picks, but he’ll always makes a pick within a reasonable timeframe. Others, that’s not the case, in fact if we all took the time for those who always have uncalled for delays, our draft would take almost a month to complete,

Knowing Jeff has work to do after the draft to get this into our format, you’d think folks would take that into account, but doesn’t seem to be the case.

While I won’t be a participant next year, I do hope all will have more consideration for all the members taking their time to participate.

Very simple answer that most people in our league are against is to have a live draft and get it over and done with in 2 hours. Will avoid all this nonsense. I filled my queue and got multiple auto picks out of it, but all the remaining 9 players got wiped by others picks. I’m certainly not going to stop my vacation that I waited 11 months for to refill the queue again.

I just completed and NFL.com draft. Took 44 minutes.

Guys, I get it that people want to get the draft done, but to complain about it is ridiculous. Once you have your top 7 or 8 players, your only drafting backups, etc. And these guys will not make or break you, they are barely lucky to even be playing in the NFL!

Complaining is allowed. There is an expectation that people in this league will be considerate to their league mates... give a heads up if we are not going to draft for half a day or more. It is a simple common courtesy to the other players.

I really do not like hearing a gaslighting put down like - 'sorry i have a life' as an response when I ask for a pick after waiting half a day. I am just acting in the commissioner role, I not trying to be a narc. Makes me feel like crap when someone says that to me.

Look... We just want to move this draft along, at a reasonable pace of 2 rounds a day. That is not a lot to ask.

I'm open to other alternatives, but this slow draft process was supposed to allow folks to not need to do a ton of preparation in advance, is conscious of folks differing availability.

i also take a little offense to 'these last rounds do not matter'. They do. We are drafting our handcuffs, backups, and kickers and defense. they can certainly win or lose you this league.

We are almost done... lets gut it out. Then i can load the teams over the weekend and get one of my kidneys taken out next week without this hanging over my head.

And based on the previous responses, I know I’ve made the best decision for me next year. And this pick is exactly why I won’t be back. So disrespectful to our commissioner.
