BTW -- Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays between 8-9:30am EST and 2-3pm EST i may not be able to pick if my turn comes up during these windows.

Also - Mondays and *Thursday between 4-5:30pm EST I am usually on the road and thus may be unable to pick.

If/where possible i will try to set queues, or be prepared as much as possible, to try to avoid any delays.
