INJURY REPLACEMENT PICK:
Allow one end-of-draft replacement pick per team if, while the draft is underway, a manager loses a player to a confirmed season-ending injury. The replacement pick priority order will coordinate with the injured player's original draft position. Replacement picks must be identified within 24 hours following the conclusion of the draft.
(This is not a setting available in Yahoo; Commissioner Tools will be used to execute the replacement player transaction.)

Beware the Ides of March

Official draft start: Wednesday, March 15, 9:00 a.m. (Eastern)
• The draft will run without a time limit between picks for the first round, assuming no prolonged delays.
• After the first round, a time limit between picks may be imposed, if necessary, so that we do not fall behind pace.
• Managers with the first and last draft positions in each round will have a single clock, not double time, for their picks.
•
Our goal is to complete the draft by Friday, March 31. The 2017 MLB season begins Sunday, April 2.
• The overnight pause will be midnight to 9:00 a.m. Eastern; this is a daily pause, i.e., also includes Saturday-Sunday.
• We will be drafting on weekends.
• Add a secondary e-mail address, if you have one, to your Draftime user account to ensure that draft notification messages are received. Make sure your primary e-mail address on record with Draftime is a current one.
• Please do not post draft-related messages at Yahoo!; use this forum. If you need to get a private message to me, use the "PM" feature here, as I rarely check my personal (rr.com) e-mail account during work hours.
All draft picks are restricted to players in the current Yahoo! pool for our league at the time your turn occurs. Please remember that the Draftime player list is not customized by league. If you have any questions regarding a player's eligibility, take a moment to check the Yahoo! player list for our league before you draft him. "Placeholders" are not allowed.
The new "allow injured players from waivers or free agents to be added directly to IR" option is a Yahoo!
post-draft feature. You will not be able to use it until after the draft is over and our league's season has begun.
Slacker penalty: Evil Commish reserves the authority to impose reduced clock time upon any manager who repeatedly misses his/her turn. Such an extreme measure should not be necessary, given the auto-pick options available in Draftime.
Happy 3.14159 Day!

Repick 18.09

We are going to have a repick for 18.09. Austin Nola is not in the Yahoo player pool for our league and, according to MLB.com, he has been reassigned to the minors by the Marlins.
P.S.: Not stopping the draft for this adjustment.

Our draft is finished and teams are now available at Yahoo. Select April 1 or a later date to view your roster; please check it carefully and report discrepancies, if any, before undrafted players become free agents on April 3. Also, the waiver priority order has been set to the inverse of the draft order.
Scoring begins with the games scheduled for Sunday, April 2.
